2. Can conocorpus plant be used in this district and from where i can get this plant?

There is a good Nursery in Kharian on main GT road and has several trees as well as other plants. For road side if you can plant trees which have shade and blossoms too then that would definitely look good., e.g., Sirin, Kachnar, Simbal, Jacaranda (blue + orange flowering variety), Gul-e-Nishtar, etc. As an example for the road in front of my place, I have planted alternate Sirin, Cassia and Kachnar, 10 feet spacing. However do watch out for the interference with drainage and utility lines etc as these trees attain heights. Also to consider whether you want evergreen or require sunshine in winters ? Like I have a full row of Mapple leaf and Poplar near where I require sunshine and these trees shed leaves in winters.

Regarding fruit trees I assume you wont be planting on road sides and streets and there is a very long list of several varieties of fruit trees that can be grown in that area but the question is where would you plant them and how many you perceive ? If planted in remote place then how would they be watered ? Purpose of fruit trees is primarily commercial fruiting, backyard fruiting, road cover, or just aesthetics ? as this determines the planting distance.
